You will be responsible for executing proactive staffing strategies to attract best-in-class talent to support us as we continue to scale. You will work closely with recruitment leads to manage sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes. To be successful in this role, you should have a better understanding of the technologies and the recruitment market and be an expert in Headhunting. Candidates should also be knowledgeable in candidate evaluation.
