Konnifel is an initiative of the Adisha Foundation, a nonprofit organisation, founded in August 2022, headquartered in India. Konnifel has received recognition from TDR Global, the UN's leading research initiative under the World Health Organization (WHO), for its initiative to encourage Research and Mentorship in India and other similar countries with immense but untapped research potential. Konnifel is driven by a vision to encourage research among aspiring minds and to make internships a structured and standardised process. It is a not-for-profit platform, born out of the belief that the path to a more progressive society is paved with groundbreaking research. It's the knowledge and techniques passed down from one generation to the next, from experienced researchers to aspiring minds, that fuel this journey. However, the seamless transfer of knowledge has been hampered by the absence of structured systems and opportunities in the field of Research. Aimed at filling this gap, Konnifel has been established to nurture and facilitate research and learning, to act as a bridge connecting experienced researchers, scientists, and professors with enthusiastic students and budding researchers, through the medium of Research Internships. Onboarded Professors, Researchers, Scientists and Institutes at Konnifel, regularly post their openings for internships, assistantships, fellowships and other research opportunities across multiple disciplines, with them. Students, aspiring interns and early researchers can explore the opportunities and apply for them through Konnifels standard application process. The standard application structures the internship process by eliminating the need for separate applications for every internship.
