Role Overview Were seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Meta Ads and a proven track record of scaling D2C e-commerce brands through direct sales campaigns. Your primary focus will be running performance-driven campaigns that generate measurable revenue for our clients. Google Ads experience is a plus, but Meta is the core channel for this role. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) focused on direct response and conversions for D2C brands. Manage and optimize campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, and scaling profitable ad sets. Strategize and run Google Ads campaigns as needed, including Search, Shopping, and Display. Analyze funnel performance, identify drop-offs, and drive experiments to improve results. Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages. Set up and manage Meta Pixel, event tracking, and UTM parameters for accurate attribution. Prepare weekly performance reports, insights, and recommendations for client reviews
