We have a very urgent job opportunity for HR Recruiter / HR Executive Qualification HSC/ Any Graduate Location Bhayandar (west), Mumbai Experience 0 to 4 years CTC- As per Company Norms About Company: We are Recruitment Consultant firm located in Mumbai - Bhayander providing recruitment services to clients based in PAN India. Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job portals, social media etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications.  Should be comfortable working on IT Recruitment, Non IT and Technical Recruitment. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Strong Follow up with candidates for and on the time of interview. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
