Why This Opportunity is Exceptional Lead the Development of Complex & Advanced Injectable Products Take charge of high-value, challenging formulations, including emulsions, nanoformulations, liposomes, microspheres, peptides, and lyophilized injectables. Drive innovation in long-acting injectables (LAIs) and sustained-release formulations to create differentiated pharmaceutical solutions. Direct Exposure to US FDA & EMA Regulatory Pathways Work hands-on with 505(b)(2) development for accelerated regulatory approvals in the US and EU markets. Gain invaluable experience in preparing for FDA and EMA submissions while ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards. Lead & Mentor a High-Performing Scientific Team Build and lead a team of top-tier formulation scientists, driving a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence. Guide complex product development strategies, ensuring seamless execution from early formulation to clinical manufacturing. Strategic Impact & Business Leadership Play a pivotal role in shaping the companys formulation development roadmap, working closely with R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
