About Vipul Organics Limited Founded in 1968 under the leadership of Mr. Pravinchandra B. Shah, Vipul Organics began its journey in Naphthols, Fast Color Bases, and dye intermediates, with a manufacturing setup in Thane. Vipul Dye Chem, established in 1972, was renamed Vipul Organics Limited in 2017 to reflect its broader product portfolio. With the entry of the second generation, Mr. Vipul P. Shah, in 1989, the company expanded into pigments, becoming a comprehensive dyes and pigments solutions provider. It went public in 1995 and is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Today, Vipul Organics exports to over 45 countries and operates high-end manufacturing units, producing Pigment Powders, Dispersions, Textile, Paper, Leather Dyes, Naphthols, and intermediates. In 2015, Mr. Mihir V. Shah (third generation) joined to drive domestic growth and diversification into sectors like Paper, Agriculture, and Cosmetics.
