Coordinate with BRMs and PMs to

- Define stakeholders

- Plan phase wise delivery dates

- Initiate project

Create detailed requirements document discussing with all relevant stakeholders

Create screen mock-ups and details design document

Review screen mock-ups and design with all relevant stakeholders

Modify screens

Coordinate Database changes with DBA

Modify backend Java code to adhere to specifications

Unit test all developed screens and backend programs

Fix bugs identified by Galaxy assigned QA team

Support and fix bugs identified during User acceptance testing

Support Galaxy during production move
