We are hiring experienced and dynamic Software Tester/ QA looking for an opportunity to work with a growing organisation like ours.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Interpret project specifications, and develop a comprehensive quality assurance process to ensure that each deliverable conforms to project specifications.
Analyse incoming data and client files for accuracy, completeness, and applicability.
Verify processing logic, client parameters, data values, and calculations as applied.
Review deliverable content and format for accuracy, completeness, accessibility.
Review and approve application requirement documents.
Communicate on a frequent basis with the team of programming analyst, salesperson, and project manager to ensure that each deliverable meets or exceeds client/ Stakeholders expectations.
Conduct validation and Part 11 assessments on off-the-shelf software and perform outside vendors audits.
Develop IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
Write test scripts, test cases, acceptance test plans and summaries.
Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
Report bugs and errors to development teams.
Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Work with the IT team on SOP development.
The follow-up to ensure closure of all defect.
Guide internal departments in system validation, HIPPA security and 21- CFR-Part 11 requirements.

Desired candidate skills:

A creative mindset and the ability to approach a problem creatively.
Good communications skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of Software application.
