  • The responsibility of an advisor as customer service associate will be to assist our customers end to end,High attention to details, accuracy, and quality.
  • for any queries around billing, package related and Broadband and Cable Setup box not working.
  • Ability to multi-task in usage of different applications and tools.
  • Prior international call center work experience preferred
  • UK shift : 12.30pm to 2.30am
