Job Description
Job Purpose
- To act as an interface between Cyber Risk, Security Technology and CIO application teams and Subject Matter Expert on Security Technology being adopted within the bank Technology
- Delivery focused role responsible for overseeing system integration activities and challenges
- Will be the face of client delivery and critical to delivery of services and managing Business and Project team expectations day-to-day
- To works closely with other practice teams in delivering best in class security engagements
- Service Transition to Identity and Access Management deliverables by coordinating with PSS, Business and Application/Infrastructure Project teams
The Role Responsibilities
- Work independently or as part of geographically spread teams to adopt large IT Security solutions in IAM , data security and other cyber domains using tools like Sailpoint, Beyond Trust , Forgerock , Protegrity, Microsoft Information Rights Management (IRM), Vormetric, Symantec and other products
- Assume ownership and ensure delivery against project timelines
- Interface with Business, Application Development Security Technology teams for requirement formalization and adoption planning.
- Present solution approach and integration details to application development teams.
- Work with Production Support teams to resolve integration bugs and enhancements.
- Develop deployment and implementation methodology and standards consistent with industry best practices.
- Setup and execute proof of concept demonstrations
- Serve as a corporate focal point to engage in requirements gathering and use cases development
- Create, validate, and justify security solutions and designs consistent with client objectives and best practices

- Provide a high level of customer service through comprehensive communication
- Observe project delivery protocol and ensure timely escalation of status, issues, and risks
- Work with vendor/ product / support teams to open, troubleshoot, and resolve product / service issues
- Develop technical project plans and aid in project resourcing
- Review security-related access rights practices, directives and guidelines.
- Undertake periodical review and other exercises in relation with platform/application security for compliance to current procedures/processes and implement enhancements to address non-compliance and security requirements.
- Support audit and regulatory engagement related to BAU Book of Work.
- Established standards, designs and implementation of appropriate Data lifecycle processes and controls, which help improve operations and lowers cyber risk.
- Have excellent technical leadership, analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with individuals at all levels and can work as a part of a team as well as independently.
- Develop and maintain procedures and documentation related to the configurations of various Data Security technologies.
- Responsible for integration of new applications into the automated user entitlement review process.
- Participate in the status meeting and discussed issues related to Data Protection Solution integration with the Group.
- To work with client post implementation for user testing, debugging, support, and maintenance.
- To Assist with management of project scope, schedule, status and documentation.
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented technology and standard java development frameworks.
- Ability to work in a team fostered, multi-tasked environment
- Proficient in writing executive level reports and technical documentation
- Connect easily with clients and colleagues to communicate effectively across business and technical boundaries to offer recommendations as an expert with best practices.
- Experience with JIRA for task and bug tracking
- Integrate, configure, and deploy IAM solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Single Sign-On, Federation, Privileged Account Management
- Estimate effort for achieving Encryption/Tokenization, Bulk encryption in business applications using Protegrity and/or other solutions
- Work with business and technology stakeholders to roll out IRM to unstructured data, considering business requirements
- Integrate, configure, and adopt Data Protection solutions and systems to facilitate Data Discovery, Classification, Encryption/Tokenization, Rights Management and Data Leakage Prevention.
- Transcribe and present technical information to business / executive levels
- Develop and execute test cases and test plans for Data Protection solutions
- Manage and respond to escalations for Data Protection domain, as needed
Our Ideal Candidate
Technical Experience:
- 5 year of working experience in one or more IAM or Data Protection tools..
- 4 years of working experience on Cyber Security concepts and product features.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with the following SailPoint IdentityIQ components: Application On-Boarding, Access Request, Automated Provisioning, Password Management, Workflows and custom forms.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with the Data Security elements like Data Classification, Discovery, Leakage Prevention and Encryption/Tokenisation.
- Experience of integrating with Data Protection solutions on a variety of Application technologies and stacks, SharePoints, Shared Drives and End User Computing devices including USB.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Degree with 6 to 8 years experience in security consulting, security administration, Security tool adoption and/or Information Technology field
- Working knowledge of Java, .NET, or similar object-oriented programming language
- Working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP/UNIX groups, Networks, Human Resource systems for Identity and Access Management.
- Experience on RBAC (Role Based Access Control) analysis and implementation.
- Knowledge of unstructured data repositories like Shared folders, SharePoints, JIVE etc. for Data Protection.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ServiceNow)
- Knowledge on Windows and Unix (Linux, HP, Solaris, AIX) platforms
- Experience with the following web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web Services, etc.)
- Experience with web application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Data Lifecycle all the way from Classification to Destruction
