Picture Yourself :

  • Build an employee referral program brand within the organization with the goal of helping them hire top talent
  • Run innovative marketing campaigns to build awareness among the right talent communities
  • Build talent skill communities within the organization for high value or niche roles
  • Use a data - driven approach to ascertaining interest , awareness , participation and outcome
  • Support sourcing leadership with ideas, insights and reports for enabling faster decision making
  • Handle employee referral program queries , run periodic scores and improve the referral program experience.
  • Provide data - driven reports highlighting key recruiting metrics impacted by the program.
  • Excellent interpersonal organizational , presentation , and English communication skills
  • Knowledge of recruiting

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Attraction Consultants to strategize and execute on hiring plans to bring top talent into the organization
  • Drive the recruiting process to get the best talent hired efficiently.
    Provide a ?best in practice? candidate experience
  • Educate, excite and sell candidates on both the opportunity and Pega as an organization
  • Stay abreast of best practices and share improvement recommendations with colleagues
  • Act as a mentor and/or ongoing coach to new or more junior members of the team

Who You Are:

  • You have a successful track record of bringing talent into a high-growth organization and can manage multiple requisitions at a time and are comfortable with shifting priorities.
  • You develop strong relationships with HR and the business units you support; you are seen as a trusted advisor in the talent space.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Bachelor?s degree (not required) or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in driving Emp referral programs
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong written skills and the ability to attract passive candidates through effective messaging
  • The ability to build and maintain an effective working relationship with senior level hiring managers and peers
  • Ability to learn and allocate time efficiently; handle multiple deliverables while concurrently managing competing priorities
  • Ability to work with enthusiasm in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Possesses the appropriate level of technical/functional expertise and knowledge.
