Responsibilities

Must Have

Total experience around 7-10 years. Can be more but not less. Must be fully hands-on
Must have delivered a sizable productproject(s) as a lead
Expertise in Core Java, REST API Frameworks : JAX-RSJerseySpring
Expertise in J2EE : ServletsJSP
Solid foundation in data structures and complex algorithms
Transaction management and any RDBMS : MySQLOracleDB2TeradataPostgres
Delivering projects under AgileScrum environment
Worked with containers
Experience with Mentoring: Ability to help team with technical issues, explain architecturedesign, give guidance etc.
Must be a leader with positive, approachable attitude and a team player
Experience working with distributedcross-functional teams (US)
Good written and spoken communication skills

Nice To Have

Have worked on a projectproduct in one or more of Cloud, SparkHadoop, SolrLuceneElastic Search
Worked on; Hadoop (HDFS, HIVE); Spark
JPAJDOHibernate
Columnar databases like RedshiftHBASE
Writes code for hobby. Participation in technical industry events, blogging, open source projects, experimentation etc.
Any one of UIUX; OLAPDWReporting; Workflow BPM tools, ERPEnterprise apps, Integrations, Rule based systesmRule Engines
