Job Description

Candidate shall be eligible as per Andhra Pradesh Factory Rules, 1950 for appointment of Welfare Officer and shall possesses the following:-
1. A full time Degree in Arts/ Science/Commerce or in law of any University and
2. A Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Social Work or Industrial Relations Personnel Management, Human Resource Management, Covering Labour Welfare as subject of not less than 02 years duration conducted by a University and
3. Adequate knowledge of Telugu Language.
1. Candidate should have experience of Minimum 04-06 years in relevant field. Should have requisite experience in all matters concerned with employees welfare, Industrial relations, Wage and Salary etc and should be able to monitor all statutory requirements.
