Type of Program:-

Title Processor

ELIGIBILITY CRETERIA:

Good knowledge of Title Process
Minimum 1 year of experience as Title Processor.
Must have good knowledge on all Title applications like NETR Online, DataTrace, DataTree, TitlePoint, Fiddler, and other applications
Should have worked in both Full Search & Current Owner Search
Should be ready to work in flexible shifts
Prior experience of working in ISO/SOC 2 certified work environment will be added advantage

Responsibilities:

Examine assessment, taxes, deeds, deeds of trust, liens, judgments, easements, and plats/maps to determine ownership, encumbrances, and to verify legal descriptions of property
Analyze chain of title and preparation of reports outlining title-related matters
Search real estate records through online and applications
Compile lists of mortgages, contracts, and other instruments pertaining to titles by searching public and private records for law firms, real estate agencies, or title insurance companies
Ensure that the title to a property in question has no restrictions that may prevent or hinder its sale or use
Superior attention to detail and decision-making skills to identify important and relevant documents and read and extract relevant information from them
Prepare property reports and title commitments

Qualification:-

-PUC, Diploma, (10,+2 / 10,+2+3)

-Graduates ( B.E, B.Tech also eligible ) Can apply

-PG

Salary:-

Upto 6.0 Lac
