Job Description :Brief Description
Position: Senior Design Engineer / Design Engineer
Experience : 4+years
Qualification : B.E or B TECH ( CIVIL) / M.E or M TECH (STRUCTURES)
Location : Coimbatore
Skills:
3+ years in design and estimation of medium to high complex PEB
Structures.
Proficiency in STAAD 3D
Responsibilities:
Should be capable of handling the estimation/design project independently, by
taking the inputs from customer drawings and tender documents.
Coordinating with Sales Engineer, Draughtsman for accurate drawings and
submitting cost to the client.
Should be proficient in designing the PEB structures in 3D Stead in optimal timing
Preparation of Design sketches and calculations
Performing connection designs for Structural / PEB buildings
Estimation of quantities.
Checking of approval drawings
Design of structures with Cranes, Mezzanine, Pipe Rack, False Ceiling Structures as
per IS & AISC Standard.
Should have effective knowledge of Microsoft office tools namely word, excel,
power point.
Functional Competencies ( Key skills requires)
Thorough Knowledge of INDIAN STANDARDS, AISC, MBMA etc.,
Thorough Knowledge of STAAD.Pro, AUTOCAD , MS office etc.,
Experience in design of steel and R.C.C industrial multi storied STRUCTURES/
BUILDINGS preferably Pre- engineered buildings
Knowledge of studying the architectural drawings and understanding the
customer requirement
Behavioral Competencies
Candidate should be hard working, dedicated, soft spoken and smart enough to
understand the organizational requirements.
