Yes we are back with our Health Insurance Hiring as a Agency Manger for PAN INDIA.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Responsible for recruitment and management of Advisors.

They need to hire the advisors and agents on commission basis.

Ensuring training of agents as per business requirements 100% field work

Development of a high performing Advisor team with low attrition rates.

Need to generate business through agents.

Salary Package & Additional Perks :

2,25000 to 3,90,000 + Incentives +Travelling Allowances.
