Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :-

Good communication & exceptional customer service skills and demeanour, along with the innovative ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers & clients.

• Hands on experience on End user computing like Desktops, Laptops, network, Wi-Fi devices, etc. on both Hardware & Software.
• Softwares - OS level troubleshooting in Win 7 & Win 10, MS Office, O365, SAP
• Supplementary applications installation troubleshooting, Windows updates failure troubleshooting, Antivirus troubleshooting, Wi-Fi Config, Video Conferencing.
• Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support.
• Basic knowledge of server,
• Basic knowledge of factory environment applications
• Interaction, Adhering to SLAs. Identify Improvements & quick resolution on day to day IT Operations.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 year experience, Graduate in IT/BE/B. Tech

Desired Candidate Profile :-

We need profile who having minimum 2 years exposure in Industrial environment.
