Job Description

• Developing, recording and maintaining cutting edge web-based applications
  
• Building innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborating with the user experience (UX) team.
  
• Developing backend data services and contributing to increase existing APIs.
  
• Closely working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  
• Documenting the development process, architecture, and standard components.
  
• Coordinating with co-developers and keeping project manager well informed of the status of development efforts.
  
• Keeping abreast of new trends and best practices in web development.
  

• You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  
• You have at least 1 year experience within a Software Engineer or similar role.
  
• You have strong expertise in Laravel, MySQL and Git
  
• You have a thorough understanding on Objected Oriented concepts and strong knowledge of RESTful Web Services.
  
• Working knowledge of one or more caching, queuing systems is desirable
  
• Being familiar with AngularJS or React will be an added advantage
  
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Cloud Databases (eg. AWS, Azure) databases.
  
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
