Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Role 1, : Sr Specialist SCCM
- Required Min Experience in Yrs : 6-8 Years
- Required Max Experience in Yrs : 8Years
- Flexibility with Experience : YES
- Shift Timings : 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
- Requirement : Immediate (NOTICE PERIOD ; 15DAYS / ONE MONTH)
- Duration : 1 Year, extendable
Description :-
Manage the SCCM environment healthy and green by doing daily health checks and fixing any alerts
Responsible for Monthly Microsoft patch deployment for Servers and endpoint
Responsible for creating OS Images with latest updates alone with latest windows 10 OS
Responsible for managing driver packages with latest updates
Monitor the ServiceNow INC, Tasks and close or update them on timely manner
Responsible to Provide RCA for any P1 tickets
Maintain the Client Patching compliance
Maintain the Client healthy compliance
Responsible for deploying packages and applications to endpoints
Key deliverables :

Specific knowledge, experience, technical skills e.g workday application global roll out senior project manager
Good knowledge on Windows Patching for Servers and End Point Clients
Good Knowledge on Windows 10 Upgrade process and procedures
Good Knowledge on Microsoft Deployment Tools
Good Knowledge on Operating System Deployment
Good Knowledge on Creating the reference OS image
Good Knowledge on Packages/Applications deployment
Good Knowledge on Compliance profiles in SCCM
Good Knowledge on Endpoint Client troubleshooting
Good Knowledge on Administrating SCCM Servers roles and troubleshooting
Good Knowledge on SCCM Server migrations
Good knowledge on SQL server management and writing queries
Good Knowledge on Creating Reports using Report builder
Understanding basic scripts
Advantage to have the scripting knowledge on VBS, PS1 and batch script.
Experience Level: 6 to 8 years of experience on SCCM
Role : 2, IT Specialist Automation

- Required Max Experience in Yrs : 7 Yrs
- Flexibility with Experience : Yes
- Shift Timings : 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
- Requirement : Immediate
- Duration : 6 Months , extendable
Description : -
5+ years of experience managing ITSM Automation solutions like System Center Orchestrator, planning, designing and implementing automation solution in IT Infrastructure and Operations domain, should have atleast 5-7 years of exposure on IT process automation tools like Microsoft System Center Orchestrator or Ansible Or VMware vRealize Orchestrator.
Manage a small team of automation developers, analysts
Knowledge of any one language Python, PowerShell or Shell Scripting.
Experience in Wintel, Storage, Backup, Database, messaging. Hands on knowledge on SQL.
Expert level of any one Orchestration tool preferably Microsoft System Center Orchestration suite
Good understanding of the ITIL and DevOps
Implement runbook automation for native Windows processes
Develop advanced runbooks using real-world scenarios
Implement configuration of error-handling and log monitoring
Implement disaster recovery methods
Implement maintenance and troubleshooting steps in Orchestrator 2012
Good knowledge of PowerShell and JavaScript.
Exposure/experience in Chatbot, AI-Ops, Azure Runbooks, etc desirable
Own the Automation Queue including Priority 1 incidents and respond and resolve within SLA and publish RCA for all P1 incidents
Be proactive and ensure no disruption to availability of automation as a service in BAU.
Lead Automation initiatives for IT & Business, work closely with different IT & Business Functions, taking ownership for the solutions (end to end lifecycle management).
Understand the current scope of pain points of IT/Business and propose / suggest automation initiatives to address the problem.
Propose new automation solutions/Tools which will improve the current solution/architecture and fasten the process.
Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture Team, HR, JML and other functions for any changes, new solution implementation.
20. Propose process improvements pre & post automation.
21. Own the Automation Queue including Priority 1 incidents and respond and resolve within SLA and publish RCA for all P1 incidents
22. Be proactive and ensure no disruption to availability of automation as a service in BAU.
