Responsible for efficiency implementation [Strategic + Tactical] for the workstream/s assigned to the candidate Planning and E2E governance of the project Documentation and mapping of current process. To enable process reengineering / standardization of bespoke processes Partner with Technology partners in creating solutions Provide comprehensive visibility of all programs for Senior Stakeholders Understand of Banking and Finance Flexible, ability to cope with pressure and rapidly changing demands Ability to independently do root cause analysis. Ability to quickly self-learn different business and execute analytics projects for new lines of business Demonstrates ability to build relationships, engage and collaborate with others Considers ethical implications and demonstrates integrity in their interaction with others Effective communication across levels Qualifications : A strong understanding of the operations business and associated networks of people and processes Good working knowledge of financial markets and instruments, both domestic and international Good problem solving skills required when testing, performing benchmarking analysis, checks (such as reconciliations) or completing investigations. Good working knowledge of investment fundamentals such as investment objectives, fund structures, tax and accounting, to enable resolution of technical queries for internal or external client.
