Senior Software Engineer - Front End @ Monotype Imaging

Job Description

• 3-6 year development experience developing complex, scalable web based applications with 2+ years in eCommerce/Digital Commerce domain with high volume transactions

• 2-4 years of extensive Angular/React/Vue/Backbone hands-on development experience

• 2-4 years of extensive experience with state management technologies such as Flux/Redux/Vuex

• 2-4 years of extensive HTML/CSS hands-on experience with web designing

• 2-3 years of extensive hands-on experience in developing templates and pattern libraries

• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), Drupal.

• Experience with migration from one CMS to another. For instance: Wordpress/Umbraco to Drupal

• Experience in test driven development, continuous integration and continuous delivery

• Strong knowledge of object-oriented development methodologies

• Good understanding of web protocols

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

• Experience in working in Agile development environment

• Experience with GIT, Bitbucket or Github and the Features branching workflow

• Awesome written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a global and distributed environment with agility to mould communication for different audiences

• Good to have a Drupal certification

• Good to have experience with headless CMS
