To manage all Service and Technical aspects for the full range TMEIC Product & Solution like MV Drives, UPS, PVPCS and Motor with the objective of achieving the set target/Objectives.
Coordinating the entire activity of the After Sales Support (Service & Support area) department
Responsible for Pre-Sales support, Commissioning and post sales support till product life cycle.
Ensure the support as per TAT commitment to customer.
Ensure Customer satisfaction index as per set target
Maintain the Frist Time Fix rate as per set target.
Preparing Service commercial offers, managing to obtain signed contracts from all new customers regarding After Sales Services.
Agreeing price and other Service contract terms with customer. Ensuring that contracts concluded with customers are correct, minimizing commercial risk to the company and achieving required profit margins;
Work with Business Manager to define / refine service offering are developed and communicate.
Responsible uptime of product under warranty & with service contract.
Liaison with Business Manager Development to understand details of product direction and design and maintaining the minimum Spares Stock for branch level.
Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs etc.
Responsible for staying on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
Responsible for the Project drawings and its approval from customer.
Desired Candidate Profile
QUALIFICATIONS :
Diploma / BE Electricals or Electronics & Communication.
Technical background in systems engineering & IT.
Strong communication, listening and presentation skills.
Relevant experience in technical product configuration or technology related experience
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Power Electronic/Drives/UPS/PV Inverters after Sales Support.
Must be a Team player and adaptive to the competitive market environment.
Fully aware of the contemporary, evolving technologies in the field of UPS Systems Industry.
Exceptional communicational and interpersonal skills.
Shall be assertive and persuasive
