Ensuring timely order fulfilment.

Inventory Update / Data management on timely manner

Tracking and ensuring timely making of Jewellery with vendor

Troubleshooting real-time issues- in case a delay in jewellery making etc.

Monitoring end to end process of product fulfilment.

Ensuring cost optimization

Intimate customer on delays

Strong Communication skills

Good Knowledge of computer & Excel (Specially)

Industry Preference - Gems & Jewellery.

Basic Knowledge of quality assurance
