Job Description

Location: Vizag

Experience: 10-15 years

Education: MBA-HR

Purpose of the role:

Design, deliver and manage talent acquisition and development interventions that support the execution of business strategies and enhance the performance of the business.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR operational strategy to help achieve key business objectives
Have a solid understanding of the recruitment cycle and possess a strategic mind set in order to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
Provide expertise and support in the implementation of the talent review process that will result in the identification of top talent
Shape and implement strategies that will help develop and retain high-performing employees
Ensure trainings are identified as per the protocol and implemented within budget and according to the calendar. Be involved in assessing the effectiveness of the training programs
Implement rewards and recognition programs
Implement employee engagement programs
Handle grievances and deal with shop floor issues.
Should have expertise in payroll management, possess knowledge in Contract Labour Management and be strongly aligned with statutory compliance

Desired Competencies:

Have a strong Business Acumen & closely partner with Business needs and requirement.
Have experience with change management
HR professional with relevant experience in manufacturing sector Preferably in Pharma
Ability to understand position requirements in a manufacturing setup.
Ability to develop a positive relationship with all employees
Good communication and analytical skills
Demonstrate high ethical and professional values
