Job Description
We have an urgent opening for Sr. Process Associate-Accounts and Finance. Candidate should have experience of 3-6yrs in accounts and finalization of the balance sheet. Should be Bcom/MCom. Should have good communication in English.
SPA Entry and Mid level
Job includes: -
- Accounts Payable Processing including matching POs with invoices, multi-item invoice entry, entry of checks and electronic transfers and other AP work
- Accounts Receivable Processing- applying customer payments against open invoices, entering receipts, and invoicing (if required)
- Revert to/Follow-up with client staff/external parties regarding AP and AR queries
- Bank, credit card and loan reconciliations
- Perform all balance sheet reconciliations including bank and loan reconciliations
- Preparation of journal entries related to month-end closing such as accrual (provision) entries, prepaid, expense reclassification, loan entries etc.
- Preparation of month end schedules and simple reports
Skill Set Required: -
- Good Accounting conceptual knowledge- should be familiar with accrual accounting concepts such as month-end expense provisions, revenue-expense matching (MUST)
- Ability to understand and read general ledger including making journal entries
- Working knowledge of Balance Sheet
- Good in doing accurate processing in entry of invoices, receipts, deposits etc. over a medium to heavy load setting (>=50+ transactions per day)
- Skilled in MS Excel, Outlook and Word including VLookup and formatting tools
- Should have prior good emailing experience as part of regular work routine
Prior experience in accounting should be in CA firm or an mid/large size accounting departments or an independent wide ranging accounting role in a small company
Candidate must have knowledge of preparation of balance sheet and month-end and year end closing. Should have been working in manufacturing or service sector. Candidates working experience in a CA firm and want to join any corporate can apply. We also hire CA drop outs and Candidates having experience in US accounting. Candidate should be staying in Delhi and it would be work from home till the lockdown period. Interviews would be on video call.
Co is 5 days working except first Saturday will be Working. Co. is into US and UK Accounting
