Job Description

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES

• Java, Spring boot, Angular JS, My Sql, Tomcat, Rest API
• Provide expert input on several initiatives underway in the organization
• Be the subject matter expert and facilitator for all engineering and decision science related decisions to all stakeholders
• Apply advanced analytical techniques and algorithms to improve current solutions as well as develop cutting edge offerings/solutions.
• Expert in the management, manipulation, and analysis of very large datasets.
• Expert in big data/ advanced analytics concepts and algorithms
• Strong CS fundamentals are a must. (Data structures, Algorithms, OS, Databases)
• Programming experience in building high quality applications, data pipelines and analytics solutions.
• Strong Experience in developing Big Data applications using Java, Spark, R, Python and J2EE technologies
• Oversee (and own select) projects that involve advanced analytics including machine learning, AI, NLP and Deep learning concepts.
• Experience with all aspects of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Required Candidate profile

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors in Engineering from Tier 1 institute (preferably IIT) OR
• PhD in Computer Science (OR Statistics) / MTech / MS from a premier institute would be highly preferred
• A minimum of 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience of working in an international and cross-cultural environment
