Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Basic Understanding of the Security Domain.
- Ability to adapt with different tools & technologies which will be utilized for providing support.
- Monitoring security events from the various SOC entry channels (Alerts, Tickets, Email, and Phone), based on the security event severity.
- Follow ITIL practices regarding incident, problem, and change management.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging security threats including applicable regulatory security requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and management.
