ELECTRONICS QUALITY INSPECTION MANAGER

QUALIFICATION: - DIPLOMA B.TECH

EXP: - 10 YRS

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for Incoming quality control Responsible for Quality documentation & maintenance Striving to reduce the field problems by devising methods for process improvements Verification of Pre Production & Mass Production activities for new model Quality planning & implementation Developing & implementing inspection & testing procedure for improvement in process Quality control at supplier end Documentation (Quality Reports, Daily / Weekly / Monthly Presentation) Root Cause Analysis & take fool proof countermeasure against line & lot rejections issues Customer parts return data analysis Analysis of Part failure during production process at Lava end & Market Action plan implementation & its effectiveness monitoring for the failure from market Conducting daily monitoring of critical Quality issues occurring Monitoring of Supplier performance on daily, weekly & monthly basis Practicing quality standards with key emphasis on improving quality Setting of quality monitoring tools and methodologies and ensuring adherence to the same Implementing quality management system and ensuring adherence of the same Using quality standards and maintaining the relevant documents Validation of Supplier 8D reports & its effectiveness monitoring & ensuring implementation & adherence of the same at supplier end.
