Job Description

Responsible for making outbound calls to the corporate/ retail and making relations with them
Understand the customers requirements and inform them about the various insurance policies
Always review the insurance policy terms and check whether all the loss are covered, if any uncovered is deducted convince the insurer to cover them
Follow up with customer queries, handle policy renewal and helping the policyholder during claim
Coordinate with the sales department and other internal department
Solicit sale of new or additional product or service to the existing or new client
Convert the lead into the sale
Establishing and strengthening the relationship with the client/customer
