Position Summary
The position will maintain all human resource initiatives and provide HR support to all departments. He/she will be responsible and involved in recruiting employees for the organization. Includes posting job openings, gathering information on new applicants, contacting references, and informing candidates of their hiring status. Follow various systems and maintain positive relationships with vendors, clients, and internal staff. Participate in departmental activities and records management.
Skillset Requirements
Exceptional comprehension skills, and ability to learn and contribute with minimal oversight - a self starter.
Ability to think in abstract and quickly grasp the essence of the job at hand.
Excellent written and verbal business communication skills, dealing with both internal and external resources.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams globally.

Technical / Job Requirements
5-8 years of experience in Key Recruitment activities.
Working knowledge of MS Office. Experience in online database management will be an added advantage.
Expertise with job portals and social networking sites for hiring resources.
Knowledge on HR generalist activities, statutory compliances and processes.
Job Responsibilities
Participating in recruitment efforts. Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels. Posting job advertisements on the online portals, organizing resumes and job applications.
Sourcing and screening profiles per the job description and coordinating with hiring managers for any queries. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, social media, and employees.
Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
Maintain organizational reports for analyzing and presenting the progress ratio.
Follow organizational patterns for recruitment needs and processes.
Participate in campus drives across locations.
Thorough understanding of company policies and rules & regulations to guide any employee query.
Responsible to co-ordinate important team events, outings & training session.
Employee onboarding, induction and exit formalities.
Prepare any kind of employee documentation and maintain strict confidentiality on the information.
Generate departmental reports on a regular basis with high accuracy.
Participate on employee leave and payroll inputs.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system. Retrieve documents from filing system.
Participate on employee survey and maintain regular positive interaction with the employees.
Handle requests for information and data.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
