Job Description
This job specifically involves working independently on Architectural & BIM projects for our international clients in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional Sectors involving following aspects
- Need to understand various Architectural Design elements, construction methods and its
- various detailing requirements.
- To work with the team and deliver the Architectural Design Documentation projects within time
- and with desired quality.
- Developing and presenting feasibility studies for new projects.
- Preparation of concept design intent and further develop the design elements in line with client
- requirements.
- working using standards and building codes local to regions across the world.
- Preparation of detailed design including extraction of Bills Of Quantities (BOQs).
- Working on BIM (Building Information Modelling) tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Recapetc.
- Communication of client objectives to team members in a clear and compelling way.
- independently communication with clients in written and spoken English
- Offshore visit to clients' offices, if required, for detailed training and one-to-one sessions
Desired Candidate Profile
- B. Arch with Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Architecture and Design industry
- Experience of working on international building codes such as those in the US is must
- Sound knowledge about US Building and Architectural standards.
- Hand on Experience of having worked on AutoCAD & Revit .
- Proven experience of having successfully managed client communication independently.
- Sound knowledge in Design Management and Design Delivery Quality Control.
- Must have a working understanding of MEP & Structures, so as to interact with other disciplines and prepare design solutions.
