Job Description

As a member of our Software Engineering Group you will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. You ll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products. You ll be tasked with keeping the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what s being developed. Coming in with an understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development-such as Agile frameworks-is key. And best of all, you ll be working with and sharing ideas, information and innovation with our global team of technologists from all over the world.     Essential Skills/Experience:

• Extensive knowledge in working with Java & J2EE technologies.
• 8 to 10 years experience in Java
• Very strong working experience in SPRING, REST
• Strong working experience in Micro services, MQ and Kafka
• Knowledge of Cassandra is preferred
• Self-driven technical resource, should be able to take design decisions on
• best components to use for ensuring application performance and security.
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work independent as well as in a team environment
• Assume ownership and accountability for the assigned deliverables thru all phases of the development lifecycle

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology
• T-Shaped developer
• Business exposure in banking and finance is preferred
