Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure the training needs of the Service Desk agents are met by delivering trainings for new hires or existing employees, full Perform, partial or refreshment trainings, according to the needs Develop/update the training updated and with easy access through multiple channels Conduct regular interactions reviews with your business partners and key stakeholders review data, identify opportunities, communicate findings, remediate/act on findings Maintain an open and constant communication with the operational team, bringing forward any improvement ideas, flagging any potential risks
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have both the necessary technical knowledge and the real-world experience in the subject matter they are assigned to train.
Experience teaching, coaching, and/or facilitating in a professional environment.
Demonstrated ability to apply adult education principals and theory.
Training measurement and evaluation skills.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written skills in English.
Should be a team player and able to communicate with other peers.
Works effectively and efficiently under time constraints and stress/pressure environments.
Capacity to prioritize and adapt in a constantly changing business.
Instruction skills.
