Job Brief:
Develop and maintain Software for new and existing products of the power transmission, distribution, and SCADA Systems Company globally.

Key Role & Responsibilities:
Development of new functions and features as per product requirements of power transmission, distribution, and SCADA systems.
Testing, Diagnostic, and maintenance including bug fixing.
Lead SW development efforts and instill coding best practices in the team.
Support and Drive architectural decisions for SW design.
Drive and own Version management and traceability.
Coordination of development with firmware software.
Participate in software development and testing improvement.
Follow software development and validation processes and continuously improve them.
Use Scrum Agile Methodology for software development.
Develop unit tests for all new code, adequately comment all code.
Facilitate and participate in software design and peer code review.
