What you should have
- Experience with DataWareHouse, Data Mart, Operational Data Store, ETL, OLTP/OLAP.
- Bachelors/master s in Computer Science.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in the field of Data WareHouse Development.
Must have :
- Hands on and deep expertise in Data WareHouse implementation.
- Strong ETL/ELT Experience.
- Must know various Optimization Techniques to apply during Extraction, Transformation and Load.
- Strong SQL Experience
- Experience with any of these Tools (Informatica, IBM DataStage, MS SSIS, Oracle DI, Pentaho
- Talend, Attunity, Alteryx)
- Experience in Data Analysis.
- Excellent with Written and Verbal Communication and Attitude to thrive in a Fun, Fast-Paced
Desirable Skills : Good to have:
- Experience in Reporting/Visualization.
- Experience in any programming language like Python, Java or Scala.
- Experience on any Big Data Tool/Technology.
- Experience in Agriculture / Manufacturing / Pharma / Banking industry or Operations domain.
What you will do
- Need to work on DataWareHouse, Data Mart, Operational Data Store, OLAP, Multi-Dimensional Cube.
- Architecting and implementing new ETL/ELT tools.
- Experience with ETL/ELT performance optimization.
- Developing frameworks, accelerators and tools best practices.
- Be thorough with the various data warehouses across business functions.
- Responsible with Data Testing and validation.
- Configuration and Administration experience with at least in one of the ETL tool.
- Good backend experience with strong SQL background.
- Planning and recommending server architecture, hardware capacity, storage and etc.
- Fair understanding of network topologies and environment setups.
- Partnering with Business, Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver data-driven insights.
- Translate data-driven insights into process improvement recommendations.
- Own and drive the data performance improvements, assist data analyst.
- Actively pair with the data development team to build and continuously grow BI capability.
