Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software problems and help our customers.

Qualification: B.E. /B. Tech./M.E./M. Tech/ BSC (C.S.)/MCA

To be qualified for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering. If you're naturally a helper, enjoy assisting people with computer issues and are able to explain technical details simply, wed like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will be a person our customers trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.


Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Maintain jovial relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have good communications skills in order to handle client calls and provide resolutions to client issues.
  • Candidate must have good knowledge of database operations and basic programming and debugging knowledge. We can provide further internal training in order to achieve the project requirements.
  • Candidate must be comfortable working in EST working hours.
  • Good to have knowledge of .Net programming language and database scripts.
  • Good to have knowledge of release deployment, extracting error logs and basic server configuration.
