We are looking for experts in .Net technologies like Angular, MVC, JQuery, JavaScript, C#, SQL/ MySQL, Web API, .NET Core, Node.JS, HTML, CSS etc. across software engineering, security, data interchange, data management etc.
The selected candidate should be hands-on, creative and passionate for new technology in ASP.Net, MVC, Angular, and enjoys collaboration, love software programming/ coding and carries appetite for learning and sharing knowledge to make an impact on project delivery.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
Lead software development projects and translate actionable items for the team.
Complete engagement in Agile software development that combines unique delivery approach with some of the most exceptional customized software programming to propel client business.
Serve as one-stop technology solution to offer innovative and disruptive web/ mobile/ cloud application in C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Angular, jQuery/ JavaScript, SQL/ MySQL, Web API, .NET Core, Modern JavaScript, HTML5, CSS etc. across software engineering, security, data interchange, data management etc.
Analyze, design, develop and customize business applications.
Estimate work, plan & monitor delivery schedule, tasks, milestones, & other dependencies at various stages from inception till delivery.
Guide and mentor team and create high performing technology teams.
Monitor module progress and ensure regular publishing of status report and quality matrices to track the risks work to actively to resolve/mitigate the same.
Ensure that modules are completed as per established processes and standards.
Adopt to autonomous, self-management work culture and encourage people to take ownership and accountability by practicing "trust first" attitude.
Work closely with other developers to make their life as easy as possible by promoting learning, sharing and caring.
