Role: Program/Project Manager
Educational Qualification: B. Tech/B. E. (CS / E&C / E&E / IS) / MCA
Candidate having an MBA Degree on top of the above qualification will have an advantage
Experience: 17 - 20 years of experience in Service based company, managing global clients
Work Location: Bangalore
Technical Skills:
- Have technical experience on global web content management platforms, integrating a full collage of supporting applications like - SSO, BSS/OSS apps, external interfaces viz - Search, Social, Analytics, Communities, Campaign Management, etc.
- Past project management experience with eCommerce platforms
- Past development hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms
- Has worked on popular Search engines
- Has done evaluation of marketing technology products to come up with solution recommendations
- Good understanding of Java technologies
- Worked on integrations with SaaS products
- Has implemented Quality Processes for projects
- Past Agile Practitioner hands on experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with the Business teams, BAs, Other development and Dev-Ops teams, Scrum Masters and tech leads to finalise Agile sprint goals for upcoming sprints (Grooming and Sprint Planning)
- Work with clients to create end-to-end project plans for content & collaboration solutions
- Work with customer leadership to communicate updates within the program including program updates, upcoming projects, hiring, resignations, etc. Join the senior management reviews and calls
- Remove roadblocks for development across all teams
- Work with the Testing team on Test case execution in Dev and UAT environment.
- Oversee the deployment process To be able to guide the tech leads and Solution Architect(s) to address blockers and resolve Interdependencies across teams
- Program/Project Planning (Agile) across various teams
- Define best practices to enhance performance of team to the next level.
- Good Communication skills and team player with ability to influence decisions
