Highly proficient in LTE PHY layer procedures on the eNodeB.
Strong Experience with optimizing the PHY layer receiver algorithms and PHY layer control for performance on hardware DSP platform such as TI/Freescale
Strong Experience working with LTE test tools like R&S/Aeroflex for PHY layer performance verification.
Experience with PHY-stack interface.
Experience with PHY and RF interface is a big plus.
Programming experience with C and Mathworks tools
Experience with configuration management and bug tracking systems
Excellent communication skills
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
