This is regarding MNC based Life Insurance opening in *THANJAVUR*

Designation: Business Manager

Location: Thanjavur

CTC Range: 9 - 9.5 Lacs

Responsibilities:

• Recruit Associate's, Develop Associate's through coaching, training, team management support etc
• Drive Associate's team size, activity ratio, case rate per active agent and case size to achieve the premium targets
• Provide operational support to Associate's in terms of submissions, issuance, pending resolve, licensing etc
• Plan, Monitor and Review Associate's on a weekly basis to drive Active agents, Case Rate and Case Size
• Ensure that the Associate's are meeting their team targets.
• Ensure good quality business to achieve the required persistency standards.
• Monitor collection of FYP and Renewal premiums
• Maintain required trackers && reports to be submitted to various stakeholders
