Cybage is currently hiring for Sr. Technical Support Engineer (QA) for Pune.

To be the right fit, you'll need:

5-6 years experience in telecom domain.
Should have experience of Production support.
Good understanding of basic Unix/Linux, SQL commands, Jenkins, ServiceNow, Salesforce, JIRA.
Should be ready to perform post deployment verifications.
Should have experience to identify test scenarios and prepare test plans/cases.
Should be able to work in rotational shift.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Post Graduation Not Required

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
