Desired Candidate Profile

Responsibilities include :

- Participate in developing performance test strategy and test suite design

- Active participation in designing and developing quality processes and standards.

- Providing technical leadership to the team in performance engineering in addition to working as an individual contributor writing performance scripts, execution, result analysis and publishing it to appropriate stakeholders.

- Production and execution of test cases, test scripts, test harnesses, test guidelines according to schedule.

- Excellent knowledge of performance testing techniques, performance counters for application and databases (specifically SQL server)

- Suggesting solutions to improve Performance measuring techniques, memory leakages, analysis of complex software problems by reviewing log analysis and troubleshooting.

- Continuously improve test scripts and enhance test suits with the addition of new features.

- Liaison with Business Analysts and/or internal / external customers to ensure that performance requirements are captured.

- Collaboration with different stakeholder.

- Escalate concerns about project/product/process quality in clear, timely, collaborative, constructive way.

- Knowledgeable and conversant in defect prevention and associated tools and methodologies.

- Participate in defect reviews or other project efforts, providing clear status when needed.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
