ERP IT Project Manager - Bengaluru/Bangalore @ Novartis Healthcare

Job Description

• Support the planning, design, development and delivery of system solutions for a specific business or technology area. Capture new IT demand and ensure IT services provided to business are being delivered to requirements and that business user expectations and satisfaction levels are met. Act as a point of contact for the business-specific business capability, for existing and new services to ensure that agreed services are being delivered to requirements and business user expectations and satisfaction levels are met. -Ensure service adherence with quality, compliance and security standards and delivery of associated corrective service actions; handle and resolve customer feedback.
• Design, develop and/or deliver solutions that meet business requirements. Job Purpose This position is responsible for managing ERP IT small projects and continuous improvement initiatives, support management with project governance & reporting. Essential Job Functions Manage ERP IT / SAP Projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
•  Support planning and execution of continuous improvement initiatives in agile mode. Manage release / sprint planning of SAP continuous improvement initiatives (enhancements), monitoring release backlog and management reporting.
• Manage relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external stakeholders, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables. Ensure proper use of methodology, tools and procedures.
• Ensure proper security and compliance standards are followed. Ensures proper governance is in place to best meet project objectives and that this governance is operating effectively.
• Manage the financial aspects of the project: budgeting and estimate to actual variance. Ensure quality forecasting is conducted to understand accurate financial position. Create and organize all reporting matrices, power points and project tracking plans and be able to report out and communicate to management.
