Managed the execution of candidate sourcing strategies, paying attention to diversity initiatives; utilized cold calling, Boolean search, employee referrals, jobs boards, and networking sites; (LinkedIn)
Strong organizational and project/process management skills
Proficient, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Experienced in Volume/Mass Hiring and Niche Skill Hiring
Experience in ITES Recruitment.

Roles & Responsibilities
Service and delivery focused with very professional attitude
Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Prioritizing effectively is an essential skill.
Ability to work to tight deadlines is an essential skill.
Excellent team player.
Involved in End to End ITES Recruitment.
Working experience in Multiple Domain.
Involved in requirement gathering, understanding the requirement from hiring managers .
Sourcing quality profiles and Job Postings using different Job Portals like Naukri, Monster etc. Scouting profiles from Social Networking Site like Linkedin.
Involved in niche and senior level hiring.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Any Doctorate - Any Specialization
