Location: Kolkata
Shift: Rotational 
Salary: 15000 / Month + PF + Annual Bonus
Experience Required: 3 months - 6 Months
Job Description:
Responsible for co-ordination with the Client/Users.
Acts as a first point of contact for Client/Users.
Registering an incident and / or Service Request reported via email /phone/Chat.
Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware issue of the end user through remote support or phone support.
Network issues, Printer Problem Local and Network, Password Reset
Perform advanced troubleshooting and remediation
Incident Coordination in case of Major or Critical Issue
MUST HAVE

Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
Decent knowledge of MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint
Readiness to work in 24 x 7 shift

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Any Doctorate - Any Specialization
