Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot tickets and provide resolution or escalate accordingly.
Work with Application vendor companies in resolving tickets that have been escalated to them.
Good knowledge with infrastructure environments (e.g. operating system, hardware, data center, security, network, voice, end user and server / web related applications)
Familiar with MS Office.
Strong problem solving, priority setting, and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication skills, with neutral accent.
Excellent written communication skills with email etiquettes.
Education / Qualifications / Trainings Requirements:
BE/B.Tech, BSc, BCA, MCA .
Preferred certified candidate (Oracle, VMWare, Windows, Linux).
Skills Requirement:
Language Skills: Fluent English & Communication must.
Technical/Key Skills:
Strong customer service orientation.
Willing to work in Rotational Shift.
Good problem solving and decision making skills.
Adaptability to changing work environment and technologies.
Conditions (If any): 2 years Bond, 1st year High Technical Company Training.
1.Please note that Company will keep last qualification original mark sheets and certificates for the period of 2 years as a security.
2.If you resign your employment for any reason within 2 years from your joining date, you agree to pay the INR 50,000/- to the company.
Reason: 1 Year High Technical Company Training provided only to the ManageServe employees designated at this particular post "L1 Support Engineer". In-order to receive productive services as per company needs & requirements this training is provided. It's a Company's personal & professional training provided with free of charge, as well paying daily CTC from day one.
For security purpose the bond has been kept so that the employees don't resign soon after covering 1 Year of training, & thus our labour doesn't go waste.
After finishing the Training, atleast another 1 Year employee must provide us services.

Selection Process:
1st Round Technical Interview: ZOOM (Distant candidates) / Face to Face (Bangalore candidates mandatory)
(Includes Verbal & Written Test)
2nd Round Final Interview: ZOOM (Distant candidates) / Face to Face (Bangalore candidates mandatory)
3rd Round HR Interview: Telephonic.
4th Round Joining Confirmation: Telephonic.

1st - Documentation.
2nd - Issue of Offer Letter.
