Urgent Hiring for Mumbai based Online Education Tech for profile "Inside Sales Manager / Executive".

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Any candidate with MINIMUM 6 MONTHS Experience in any below mentioned fields (Preferred)
  
• Candidates with Excellent Communication skills can apply (Tele Sales / Counsellor / International Voice / Guest Relations / Business Development / International Sales / Education Consultant , Lead Generation, Collections or SIMILAR experience, Any outbound voice process can be considered) Background preferred

• Undergrads with Experience 2-3 yrs & Excellent Communication skills can also be considered.
  

Location - Mumbai (Work from Home for atleast 6 months and thereafter also)

Atleast Till Covid situation does not resolve candidate can work from home and Candidate shall be given remote joining from Home....... IMMEDIATE JOINERS ARE PREFFERED.......

Working 6 days a week (Weekends are working) 1 rotational off during weekday

Rotational Shifts available depending on Process.

1. Day Shift starting (between 6 am to 11 AM) (Flexibility of shift) (Any 10-12 hours shift)

2. USA Shift (Night) starting (from 7 pm to 11pm ) (Flexibility of timing) ( Any 10-12 hours)

NOTE- Candidate shall be Flexible with Shift timings as it might vary depending on the process alotted to the candidate after the on job training (OJT) otherwise might be rejected in first round of interview itself

Monday or Tuesday Off

COMPENSATION

Salary between 6 - 9 Lacs per annum + Excellent performance Incentives

( Candidate can earn upto Rs 1 lacs per month & much more ) !!

Note :- Candidate shall not expect unrealistic salary hikes on last drawn CTC otherwise would be rejected during the interview process. Should be ready for hike (As per present/ post covid norms 15-25 % hike on last drawn).

Work Profile:- Candidate shall be required to do Hot calling (not cold) where he would be provided with hot leads of the parents who have already taken the 15 days trial of the online Education product.
