Responsibilities and duties

1. The SFCC Developer is primarily responsible for producing quality, on-budget, and on-schedule solutions on projects

2. Ability to solve complex problems

3. Design and develop pipelines, ISML and scripts that meet business requirements

4. Experience with JavaScript controllers

5. Contribute to internal initiatives such as improving our development processes

6. JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, XML, CSS, APIs, AJAX

7. Follow Agile development methodology and participate in internal planning sprints to deliver functionality on a regular cadence

8. Translate business and marketing challenges into well-designed solutions

9. Must have analytical reasoning, problem solving, written/oral communication and customer service skills

10. Stay current with the latest SFCC technology and web development best practices

Qualifications and skill

1. 3+ years experience in web development and implementing Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C (Demandware) solutions

2. Experience with source control systems (GitHub, bitbucket) and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)

3. Proficient in marketing analytics and have the ability to understand user experience and web optimizations.

4. Excellent written and oral communication skills with teammates and clients.
