Application Support Engineer for North @ Shivrai Technologies

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Should be able to plan, design, build, operate, deploy and implement ERP functionalities, facilitate the deployment of standard methods and approaches.
   
2. Use projects best practices.
   
3. Coding and unit testing including JUnits.
   
4. Remove the technical impediments.
   
5. Provide technical leadership and assume overall accountability for a successful implementation phase on all client projects.
   
6. Ensure solutions are properly architect and specified, ensure quality deliverables.
   
7. Identify process/technical gaps in the existing implementation and come-up with enhancements to fill those.
   
8. Responsible for various aspects of ongoing support and maintenance engagements. Co-ordinate with web developers to successfully manage these client relationships.
   
9. Basic knowledge of ERP.
   
10. Design and Develop Software by, following SOA design and development guidelines, understanding Aptify Framework, following Aptify Best Practices for Coding and Reviewing, following complete SW lifecycle.
    
11. Be a SPOC (Single Point of Contact for a Releases) by, working closely with product owner in defining requirements and providing adequate design approaches, discuss with product owner about scope, keep all the stake holders informed about progress on releases, raise any risks from time to time as seen on the product.
    
12. Experience in business process mapping and translating the same to solutions.

PG:  MCA - Computers, MS/M.Sc(Science) - Computers

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
