Duties and Responsibility
Technical Support Engineer in Mac & Windows with Good experience in Apple hardware, Mac OS, Windows 10,
Microsoft Office, Wireless and Network (LAN/ WAN) with Good experience in customer/ helpdesk support and
providing technical fixes to senior management
Troubleshoot hardware & accurately determine fixes;
research issues and resolves technical problems; Complete technical and special projects as assigned.
Resolve basic level 1 request and issues in a Mac OS and Windows environments
Perform
post-resolution follow-ups to help requests; implement and maintain operational documentation and procedures
Coordinate and/or perform remote fixes at the laptop/ desktop level, including
installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and
applications; remotely troubleshoot issues relating to hardware and software (Typically Mac OS,
Windows, Microsoft Office, Network and Applications etc.)
Relay important information in the form
of timely and accurate reports; issue the daily operations status report and project status reports
as required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear,
constructive, and professional manner.
Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
Pro-active ability in developing trust and
professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player.
